Overview
The legendary Wheeze & Suck Band, loved for their rapport with their audiences, their humour and their terrific repertoire of British folk songs and tunes, formed in 1996. Following several notable line-up changes, eleven CD releases, and main-stage appearances at major Australian and New Zealand folk festivals, these top hatted madcaps called it a day in 2017. The 'classic Wheezers' line up, Pyro (Fiddle, Vocals), Pump (Melodeon, Guitar & Vocals,), Woody (Guitar & Vocals) and Bongo (Percussion & Noises) has reformed in 2026, joined by sometime Wheezer Stix (Percussion, Vocals) and Traditional Graffiti's Dodger (Guitar, Vocals). A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
