Overview
Chasing the Moon is a Sydney-based 6-piece jazz band. Inspired by the romantic and swinging sounds of Hot Club Jazz, they create a delicious feast of heart-thumping swing, Latin, blues and modern sounds. They have released 2 CD’s, ‘Nuages’ and ‘Ooh La La’ which have both received regular airplay on ABC Jazz, 2MBSFM and Eastside Radio. Their music is engaging and accessible, with a balance of soulful ballads, exquisite melodies, Latin flavours and up-beat tunes.
